I was born & raised in South Wales. Whilst at uni, I worked as a healthcare support worker & nursing assistant in a variety of hospital and clinic settings. I currently work as a dentist in Chepstow.

Outside of work, I enjoy getting out in nature with my miniature schnauzer, Milo. I love all things health & wellbeing, from hot yoga to cold water swimming! 

I was diagnosed with ADHD as an adult. I believe my neurodivergence contributes massively to my passion for learning & problem solving.

I am always hungry to learn - you’ll regularly find me watching webinars & attending courses on the latest evidence-based treatments available! 

My ADHD allows me to look at facial aesthetics in a totally different way.

For example, I provide extremely thorough assessments & treatment plans for my clients. I discuss my findings at the consultation, then follow this up with a detailed PDF document.

Some people find verbal information more difficult to process - myself included! A written plan means that my clients can take their time to understand our options, then refer back to it as & when needed.
