• Click on the 'Start' button at the top of the page.
• You'll need a large frame for your survey widget to be able to fit pictures of your celebrities with their pets, so click on 'Customise' and then select the 175 x 600 box from the drop down list.
• After you've chosen your favorite frame color, click on 'Start'.
• The widget designer screen is where all the magic happens. Drag and drop whichever boxes you need onto your widget to create your free online poll.
• Start with the 'ListBox' button to add your question, the possible answers, You can also customise the font size, style and positioning so it looks neat and tidy.
• Next you'll want to add images of famous celebrity pets to your survey widget. You can either search through Photobucket's thousands of user submitted images, or simply copy and paste the web address of the image you'd like into the 'URL Address' option in the properties box.
• You can add as many images as you'd like, so long as you can fit them into the survey widget box. .
• When you think your free online survey is ready, add a 'Vote Button' at the bottom for your blog's readers to click on and then click on 'Publish'.

• From the 'Your Widget is Ready' screen you can either publish your online poll using the Typepad quick post button or by copying the code.
• When you click on the Typepad button you'll be prompted to enter your Typepad username, password and the title you'd like for your online survey.* After a few seconds your favorite celebrity pets widget will appear as a new post in your Typepad blog ready to start taking votes from all your readers.
• Alternately, you can paste the code provided on the 'Your Widget is Ready' page straight into Typepad. Simply start a new post in Typepad, switch to HTML code view and then paste the code from GlowDay into the text box.
