Friendster is one of the internet's most popular places for meeting interesting people, and forming friendships with other members from all over the world. Share your favorite YouTube videos

• Click on the 'Start' button to open up the survey widget designer.
• Click the 'Advanced' button and then click on the drop down menu to select the YouTube widget.
• Choose which color you'd like to use for the frame and then click 'Start'.
• Drag the 'YouTube' button from the left hand tool bar and drop it onto your YouTube canvas, which you created on the previous screen.
• In the YouTube properties box, copy and paste the final part of the web address of the YouTube video you'd like to add. For example, if the web address is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=714-Ioa4XQw just add 714-Ioa4XQw.
• From the properties box you can also decide whether you'd like your survey widget to play automatically and in a loop whenever someone visits your profile.
• Adjust the box size, change the colors or add text to make your YouTube online poll so it stands out on your Friendster profile.
• Remember to add a question for your survey widget, so drag and drop the 'Listbox' button to add your question, the possible answers and then add a 'Vote Button' for your friends to click on.
• When your YouTube survey widget is ready to go, click 'Publish' and give it a quick test-drive.

Publishing your YouTube poll widget

• You have two options for adding your YouTube poll to your Friendster page - you can either copy and paste the HTML code or click on the 'Friendster' button.
• Clicking on the Friendster button is the quickest and easiest way of adding GlowDay survey widgets to your profile page. Simply enter your username, password and where you'd like your YouTube video to appear.
• After you click 'post', your YouTube online poll will be uploaded onto your Friendster profile and be ready to start taking votes on whether it's the funniest Simpsons clip your friends have seen.
• Another way of adding the GlowDay survey widget is to cut and paste the code. Simply highlight the code provided on the widget's completion page. Click the 'Customize Page' button on your Friendster profile, scroll down to the bottom and paste the code into the bottom 'Add Media' box. Click on ‘Save’, and your YouTube poll will now appear in your media profile box.
